ZMD Group's physician partnership framework is structured around three guarantees: clinical autonomy, platform-level equity, and physician-led governance.

Partner physicians retain authority over their clinical practice, gain equity in the platform-level holding company (not just at the practice level), and offload the back-office work — revenue cycle, contracting, compliance, technology, marketing, recruiting — to the platform.

Most multi-specialty platforms treat research as a marketing line. ZMD Group operates an integrated clinical research division — IRB-overseen, physician-led — so that protocols, evidence, and innovations our patients benefit from are generated inside the platform.

The research division covers clinical trials, outcomes research, and translational protocols across aesthetic, ENT, regenerative, and longevity disciplines. Boston was selected as the long-term anchor.
